WHAT IS THE DURATION OF A TYPICAL COCOON WEIGHT MANAGEMENT & FITNESS POD SYSTEM AND HOW OFTEN SHOULD IT BE USED?
A Cocoon session generally ranges from 15 to 30 minutes (and up to 45 & 60 minutes) depending on the business model and weight management or fitness & wellness goals of the user. Users may exit the Cocoon POD at any time prior to the expiration of their session. At many locations, Cocoon sessions are activated from the front desk. The Cocoon POD System will automatically shut off at the conclusion of each session.
We recommend beginning with lowest active-exercise programs and lower temperatures and shorter sessions.
